Asuda Organization for Combat Violence against Women organized, managed the third meeting with the Voluntarism Community Support Group for the Nineveh Governorate in the Tlisqof village, Al qosh sub-district - Nineveh Governorate - in the Etana Organization office.
Within the Women, Peace and Security Project in the Arab Countries - Phase II, in partnership with the United Nations Women, with the support of the Finnish government.In the presence of 10 members of local women leaders (Voluntary Community Support Group for Nineveh Governorate), this meeting considers as a part of the previous series of meetings.The topic of the third meeting dedicated to the present the results of the questionnaire assessment about women and girls unemployment in the region.It is worth mentioning that the assessment developed by Asuda Organization and distributed to the relevant parties by volunteers.The questionnaire targeted four NGOs and four governmental institutions.The results of the questionnaire and how to advocate with the relevant authorities were discussed in order to obtain women’s rights and meet their needs.
